The Organizers of the Conference introduced zero registration fee for the participants who are citizens of Ethiopia or other country of the Horn of Africa. This was decided with the view to assisting those colleagues who may experience problems with collecting funds necessary to participate in the 19th Conference of Ethiopian Studies.

This does not apply to researchers originating from the Horn of Africa and based in universities outside Africa.
