Dear Participants!
Please find below the information, which you may find helpful at this stage of the preparations for the Conference.
We are pleased to inform you that you can already secure your participation in the Conference by paying the conference fee, which is: 100 Euro (or 400 PLN), and 50 Euro (or 200 PLN) concession (available for students and participants who do not present papers). There is no conference fee for Ethiopian nationals except for those who are affiliated to universities outside Ethiopia. (Please, refer to our website under: Registration).
The venues of the Conference are:
• the main campus of the University of Warsaw at Krakowskie Przedmieście 26/28 – main Conference proceedings
• the National Museum in Warsaw at Aleje Jerozolimskie 3 – opening banquet and a choice of panels
• the State Ethnographical Museum in Warsaw at Kredytowa 1 – closing cocktail.
The Conference will start on Monday 24 August at 10 AM with registration. The closing is scheduled for Friday 28 August at around midday, a farewell cocktail party will follow in the evening of the same day. At the website you can find the tips of the places where to stay (hotels and hostels) with codes for the price reduction for 19th ICES participants.
